主谓宾，就是“谁做什么”：主语“谁”发出了谓语“做”这个动词，而谓语“做”的作用目标是宾语“什么”，宾语是动作的承载者。
比如说，汤姆踢球 Tom kicks the ball，主语“汤姆Tom”，这一始作俑者发出了“踢kick”这个动作，踢这个动作具体作用于“球ball”。
再比如，太阳炙烤大地 The sun burns the earth,主语“太阳”，这个罪魁发出了“炙烤burn”这个动作，而具体burn的什么，动作承载者就是宾语“大地earth”。
