陈述句与一般疑问句语法书上的一段话：“陈述句中行为动词的单三现在

问题描述：书上的一段话：
“陈述句中行为动词的单三现在式或过去式在一般疑问句中要改用动词原形。同理，这些一般疑问句改为表肯定的陈述句时，根据时态和主语的人称数，动词原形可能需要改用单三现在式或过去式。”
其中，有这么一句“同理，这些一般疑问句改为表肯定的陈述句时。。。。。。”。
为什么只有“表肯定的陈述句”，“表否定的陈述句”不需要改吗？能否举个例子。
这是动词一般现在时的特点。动词的一般现在时，当谓语动词为行为动词时，变否定和疑问句时需要加助动词do或does,而在助动词后面的动词要相应变成原形（指第三人称单数）。例如：
They en travel during vacations.
They don't often travel during vacations.
Do they often travel during vacations?
第三人称单数：
He surfs the Internet every evening.
He doesn't surf the Internet every evening.
Does he surf the Internet every evening?
注意上面的两个句子中，动词已经变为原形。
那么，当要把疑问或否定句改成陈述句的肯定式时，当然就涉及到动词还原的问题了。例如：
Does Miss Wang speak Spanish?
Miss Wang speaks Spanish.
