中国学校现在教授的英语有统一的规范发音吗？现在中国人的英文发音千

问题描述：现在中国人的发音千奇百怪，说哪国味的都有。我学音标的时候老师教的是英国腔的，升学到了新学校，老师满嘴美国腔，害的我现在的英文发音也不伦不类的，一句话能说出好几国味来。为什么我们国家在英语教学中不统一采用某一种发音？
另外，中国外交部的官方英文翻译发的是哪国腔？有明确要求吗？为什么？
中国官方翻译大都是英国北部口音,传统学校里教出来的.
CCTV9英语口音也是大杂烩.
目前网络媒体资料美语多,看个人喜欢了,我就觉得美音好听.
其实现实中什么口音都无所谓,只要确保你一直讲一种口音就行了.
