我下载过一些并寄送给朋友.
但我的共享资料得分快用完了,
不知如何转换和使用我的爱问积分?

共享资料的得分用完后，你再载英语学习共享资料，就会知道是不是如果用完了你的在共享资料的得分，就会自动从你的爱问得分中提取分数了。
如果不行，你可以再申请另一个户头下载英语学习共享资料嘛！
