实际上,此题考察了not...until...结构用于强调句型It...that...的用法.结构为:It is/was + not until +主、谓、（宾）+that +(主句中的）主、谓、（宾）.例如:强调下一句的时间状语
I didn't go to b until my mother came home.
可变为:
It was not until my mother came home that I went to bed.(直到妈妈回来,我才上床睡觉.)
第二题:B对.
首先你要知道,It is/was said that ...是一个十分有用的句型,意为"据说...",后跟一个句子.本句that后跟了一个由not until开头的句子,其后的主句主谓就要倒装.例:将下一句用于倒装句
I didn't go to bed until my mother came home.
可变为:
Not until my mother came home did I go to bed.
