问题描述：听说中英建交40周年，英国会放宽政策，自己盘算到杜伦大学，查看了相关的雅思分数要求，是在6.5分以上，成绩还没有出来，想了解下雅思成绩分数是肿么算的。
雅思（IELTS）总成绩是分项（听力、阅读，写作和口语）成绩的算术平均分，有整分和半分之分。如果平均分小于0.25，则舍为整分，如果平均分大于等于0.25且小于0.75，则入为半分，如果平均分大于等于0.75，则入为下一个整分。
例如：
听力6.5 + 阅读6.5 + 写作5 + 口语7 = 25/4 = 6.25 = 总分6.5
听力4 + 阅读3.5 + 写作4 + 口语4 = 15.5/4 = 3.875 = 总分4
听力6.5 + 阅读6.5 + 写作5.5 + 口语6 = 24.5/4 = 6.125 = 总分6
