1.3:40,两种说法都是可以的.
It is twenty to four.
It is three forty.
在口语中,更多的是用"It's.......",也可以连"It's"都省掉,直接说"twenty to four"或"three forty".
2.下午五点,通常习惯是说 "It is five p.m."当然,你说的也没有错.国外的交通部门,也是说24小时制的.
3.整点,书写时在数字后用"."或":"都是可以的(人们都能明白它的意思.我国用":"的普遍一些).所以"7.00"或"7:00","7"都是可以的.读作:seven
